JUBILEE THREE DVD
Long-requested and highly anticipated, the Jubilee Three DVD once again brings together the
Jubilee Gang, featuring Greater Vision, the Booth Brothers and Legacy Five. Recorded at the
Mansion Theater in Branson, Missouri and emceed by Gerald Wolfe, these two trios and a
quartet mix their sounds and tremendous talents to create something that's both new and old at
the same time. With a classic sound from some of Southern Gospel music's top groups, the
Jubilee Gang never ceases to impress.
This live concert performance weaves beautifully through ensemble pieces and a variety of
smaller, more intimate arrangements. The opening number features everyone together on "I Just
Feel Like Something Good Is About To Happen" written by Bill and Gloria Gaither. They stay
together through the classic Alger Pace song "Jubilee," which is something of a standard for the
Jubilee Gang. The full group also sings a great shaped-note, convention-style song from the
Redback Hymnal, entitled "Leave Your Sorrows And Come Along."
Unique combinations of group members occur frequently and add a lot of fun to the proceedings.
The three baritones, Scott Howard, Jim Brady and Rodney Griffin, come together for a rendition
of Rusty Goodman's "Had It Not Been." The three tenors sing a new song, "Treasures In
Heaven," and the three group emcees, Michael Booth, Scott Fowler and Gerald Wolfe, sing
"Getting Ready Today." On the latter song, Legacy Five pianist Trey Ivey even has a brief but
enjoyable vocal appearance.
With as many songwriters as there are in these groups, it should come as no surprise that they
wrote some of the songs on this DVD. Chris Allman's new "There's A Better Day" is a
traditional-sounding song that utilizes the full Jubilee Gang. You'll also want to listen for
Rodney Griffin's brand new "Still Trusting In The Blood" and Jim Brady's "Every Cry Is
This DVD captures the best of the Jubilee singers in a live concert environment. The Jubilee
Three DVD has a genuine warmth that reflects the fun that these groups have performing
together in song and ministry. Enjoy a memorable evening together with the Jubilee Gang on this
excellent live concert DVD, Jubilee Three.
