(That's 1-800-386-8742.) This number is always answered. During office hours calls come directly to our office. After office hours, they are answered by an answering service. Orders can be placed by phone at any time, but other than during our office hours the operators may not be able to answer questions. If you are outside of the USA and the 800 number doesn't work, call our overseas order line at (USA code)+1-717-898-9284. This, too, is answered around the clock. A credit card is required for orders placed by phone (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).
