We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
credit cards for orders. Be sure to supply your daytime phone number in case
we have a question about your order. The credit card verification process
usually requires that the "bill to" address on credit card orders is the
same as the "bill to" address on your credit card account. All card numbers
are electronically verified with the card issuer before shipment. Credit
card information is kept strictly confidential.

card authorization agencies have begun requesting an additional three-digit
code printed on the back of the credit card for orders placed over the phone
or online or otherwise when the physical credit card is not available to
the merchant for inspection. This number is usually the last three digits
printed in the signature area on the back of the card. (The Security Number
may be three or four digits and may be on either the front or the back of
American Express cards.) This is a security measure that helps keep costs
down by reducing fraud, which is why we now request it. (See the diagram

If an order is shipped to multiple addresses, standard charges (above) apply

OTHER NON-USA CUSTOMERS pay the actual shipping expenses from the USA to your location (not the chart prices above). Orders are shipped to you by POSTAL MAIL. No C.O.D. All orders must be prepaid by credit card in U.S. dollars, due to high banking fees for foreign checks. Payment by credit card greatly simplifies the currency conversion process as your account will automatically be billed for the correct amount, including exact postage. Note that most orders may incur your country's import charges (plus VAT and any international fees) which are necessarily the customer’s responsibility. Do not send currency. We cannot bill.
SPECIAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
If FedEx delivery is requested (rather than the usual use of regular mail) the shipping & handling charge equals the actual freight charge plus $1.00 on any size order. This applies to regular FedEx ground service as well as OVERNIGHT and 2ND DAY service via FedEx. Please call weekdays after 8:30 a.m. and before 1 p.m. (ET) to request FedEx delivery. We must confirm such shipment by phone in advance.
NOTE: Special shipping discounts or premium charges as described above
may not appear properly during online ordering. Each online order is checked
by one of our customer service operators here and will be corrected manually
to reflect all appropriate changes before your credit card is charged.
ORDERING BY MAIL
Anything found here in our Springside webstore can also be ordered by mail,
if you so desire. Simply mail us all relevant information — on a blank
sheet of paper is fine. Or, to make it easy for you to be sure all
needed information is provided,
here to download an order blank in PDF format which you can print, fill
out and mail to us. (The mailing address is Springside, 921 Nissley Road,
Lancaster, PA 17601 USA, which is also found at the bottom of the
form if you choose to print and use that.) Please understand, though,
that mailing in the order roughly doubles the time it will take for your
order to arrive, since the Postal Service first has to deliver your order
to us before we can process the order and mail the merchandise back to you.
Mailing in your order does make it possible to pay by check or money
order in addition to the credit cards accepted through the webstore.
Please note, though, that while we gladly accept personal checks, customers
whose checks are returned by the bank for insufficient funds or any other
reason will necessarily be assessed the $36.00 banking surcharge (subject
to increase if bank charges for handling such returns increase). Naturally,
please be sure your check is properly filled out and signed before sending.
Do NOT use Wite-Out® or similar substances on checks. We
cannot ship by C. O. D.
Certificates are available online from Springside in increments of $10.00.
It’s an easy way to give the gift of music — while letting the
recipient select specific items he or she wants. Online, just use the stock
number “GIFT” and order the quantity that would total the
amount you wish. (For example, to order $90 in gift certificates you would
enter "9" as the quantity — $10 x 9 = $90.) Gift Certificates also may
be ordered by phone, charged to your VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American
Express card. (Gift certificates ordered by phone or by mail can be for any
amount, not just the $10 increments.) The Gift Certificate(s) will be mailed
to you promptly.
Orders received by 2 p.m. Eastern Time (usually later) are
normally shipped the same day. We try to keep adequate stock on hand,
but high demand can sometimes result in backorders. Also, record companies
often delay the release of new product. Orders for such product are shipped
as soon as available. We will notify you of lengthy delays (over which we
have no control) and, unless you tell us otherwise, will ship such items
as soon as we receive them.
Please note that we have no control over how long it takes for your order
to get to us (if sent by mail) and we have no control over how long it takes
the Postal Service to get your order to you. All we can do is promise to
fill your order promptly, usually the same day (weekday) that we receive
it (in the timeframe cited above). If you placed your order online and are
a registered user, you can check the status of your order online. (See the
"Account Login" link at the bottom of this page.) (Please note that order status is updated on the web-based
system daily, weekdays by 5 p.m. Eastern time.)
If you have a special immediate need, please call during office hours (weekdays
8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time USA) to discuss overnight or 2nd Day shipment
options. These can be expensive, but will get the job done if you need it.

Most of our prices are below manufacturer's suggested retail price, often
by a dollar or two! Rather than a one-price-for all policy, at Springside
each item is individually priced so we can give you the best price on each
item. (Manufacturer prices even for the same type of product — compacts
discs, for example — vary widely. And manufacturers often change pricing
— up or down.)
Add such special attention regarding fair pricing to our very reasonable shipping

When comparing prices, please be sure to include our low shipping charges and frequent
bonus discounts in your calculations, as well as our same-day filling of
orders. We want to save you money, without sacrificing service! We are
knowledgable specialists in Southern Gospel music, not just a part of some
big company that sells everything from "heavy metal" to polka recordings.
Prices that are reduced by the manufacturer during the lifetime of our printed
catalog will be reduced immediately (subject to our stock on hand), both
for catalog customers and those ordering online. Prices that are increased
by the manufacturer normally won't be increased by Springside until the next
printed catalog. We work hard to be absolutely fair in our pricing in every
