
CREATING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT Logging in — and how that simplifies your shopping!
Creating an account with us is not required to place an order. But doing so makes available several features that can enhance your shopping experience.
For example...
— Registered customers won't have to provide a lot of the usual routine information (such as your address) after first registering. The system will remember this information (after you login) and speed your checkout. (Note: The online system will NOT remember your CREDIT CARD information online for security purposes. This information must be re-entered each time you order, which also assures that it is current.)
— Registered customers can take advantage of our "Wish List" service. You can login, add items to you wish list, and come back later to order them.
— Registered customers can also take advantage of the online "Order Status" reporting.
If you haven't created an account in our online store (even if you have been a Springside customer for years), the first thing to do is to create an account. On any of our site's regular pages, click "Account Login" in the top row of links (right under the 1-800-38-MUSIC.com banner). You'll notice that returning customers (who have registered) only need to provide their e-mail address and password to enter the system.
To register for the first time, under the "New Customers" heading click on "Register." Then simply provide the requested information, including a password of your choosing.
(Be sure to write down the password you choose to speed things along the next time you visit! Also please remember the e-mail address you use, because that's the other half of the login requirement.)
Note that your address given here should be the same as your credit card billing address. Then click on "Register." And then "Continue," which will take you back to the opening page.
Having registered (and logged in) you will find that the information you provided appears automatically on the "Customer Information" page when you are checking out (making a purchase). If the shipping address is the same, just click on the box under "Shipping Address" labeled "Same As Billing Address."
